Sudarshan Kriya
the heart of the Art of Living Workshop    

Sudarshan Kriya is a unique rhythmic
breathing meditation. The practice calms
the mind and releases stress, tension &
negative emotions.  It is highly effective on
its own and also enhances the benefits of
other practices.

Used daily, the mind becomes less busy
and better able to focus.  Energy
increases and health improves.  The calm
created in the mind by Sudarshan Kriya
sets the stage for deep, silent meditation
