The Art of Living Course  June 20-24 in Tucson

Created by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the Art of Living Course offers 'Sudarshan Kriya', an
incredibly effective and gentle practice to release the negative emotions stored in the
body that block our experience of our true nature.

In addition, the course brings insight into many of the habit patterns that keep us from
being as happy as we could be. Whether you are happy and successful, or struggling
with poor health, depression or anxiety, you will come away feeling more energetic,
healthier and empowered. The tools on the course bring improvement in sleep patterns,
peace of mind, and an overall feeling of well-being. Continuing with a short, easy practice
at home nourishes all levels of the body, mind, and spirit everyday.

The Sudarshan Kriya breath practice is taught only on Art of Living Foundation programs.
